What others say about the album:

Swedish Operatic Masterpiece!!!!!

Awesome vocals and sophisticated flourishes abound on this Scandinavian  Masterwerk. I'm reminded variously of Iron Maiden, Dream Theater, and  even a little Judas Priest. Very progressive and diverse. I really  admire musicians who can compellingly hammer out such variety: each song here has a unique musical and cultural feel to it. I understand that  these guys are from Sweden, but listening to this album is like a  cultural odyssey. I love the diverse synthesizer effects, with acoustic guitar and then heavy electric guitar and keyboard--the full array of weapons. But vocalist Niklas Birgerson's voice really tops it all  off--incredible range and power.

This one is good enough that I'll hope to find it on CD and on vinyl for my top-drawer collection of exotic musical gems.
